Short version: we use what you send to quote your job, and nothing else.

What we collect

Whatever you type into a quote or contact form — your name, email, phone if you give it, company, and the details of the job. Plus artwork files if you send them.

What we do with it

Prepare your quote, run your order, and reply to you. We do not sell it and we do not pass it to anyone who is not working on your order.

How long we keep it

Quote enquiries for two years, order records for as long as tax rules require.

Email info@packmio.com and we will show you what we hold, correct it, or delete it.
