Three ways to reach us, and one that gets a price fastest
The quote form is the quickest route to a number because it asks for the things we need to give you one. For everything else — a question about board, a job you cannot describe in a form, a reorder — call or write.
What to put in a first message
Most enquiries come back as questions rather than as a price, and it is almost always the same five gaps. With these, a quote is straightforward.
- What goes in it — dimensions, or the product itself. If you are working from an existing box, measure the cavity rather than the outside.
- How many — and roughly how many you would reorder. The second number often changes what we recommend more than the first.
- Where it is going — the delivery country sets the currency, and the address decides the freight. A 3PL has its own receiving spec worth sending along.
- What it has to survive — a courier, a freezer, a hot van, a shelf. This is the answer that decides the board.
- Your artwork, or nothing at all — we send the dieline first and you design onto it, so a missing file never holds up a quote.

What happens after you send it
We read it and ask only what is missing
If the brief is complete you get a price rather than a questionnaire. If something genuinely cannot be quoted without an answer, we ask for that one thing.
A price, a dieline and a date
All three together, usually the same working day. The dieline is drawn to your dimensions and is yours whether or not you go ahead.
An honest second opinion, unasked
If the construction you asked for is wrong for the product, the reply says so and quotes the alternative alongside it.
Where we quote, and in what currency
Everything is made to order and shipped to you, so where you are changes the freight and the paperwork rather than the specification.

Two things we cannot answer for you
We will lay out and typeset regulated text, tell you when a panel cannot hold it legibly, and supply component weights and materials for a packaging return. Whether the wording itself is correct, and what your own reporting obligations are, needs someone accountable for that advice — usually your regulatory consultant or your accountant.
We would rather say that plainly than let a quote imply a sign-off it does not carry.
